“Robyn made what could have been an overwhelming move feel manageable from beginning to end. She carefully went through all of my furniture with me, helped me decide what would fit in my new apartment, and identified opportunities to donate items I no longer needed to charity. She measured the rooms, created sketches for the movers, and made sure everything we kept would fit comfortably in my new home. She even arranged for my old apartment to be cleaned after I left.

Robyn also helped me understand the terms and rules of my new lease and building, so I felt confident about the transition. She handled every detail as though she were moving herself. After the move, she helped me settle in, put things where I wanted them, hung pictures, purchased shelving for my pantry, and helped me shop for new furnishings and carpets.

She also coordinated the transfer of my landline, internet, and cell phone services. When we were told that I could not keep my landline number, which I had had for more than 20 years, Robyn did not give up. She worked tirelessly with the service provider until they reinstated my number. She truly wanted me to keep all of the comforts that were important to me.

Since the move, Robyn has continued to visit me at least once a week. She always calls beforehand to ask if I need anything from Costco, the grocery store, or anywhere else. When she arrives, she checks my mail and knows which items are important for me to review, and which I always discard. She handles my personal documents with the utmost respect and professionalism.

I would recommend Robyn 100 times over. She exceeded my expectations in every way and genuinely surprised me with how exceptional she is. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me.”

With cheerfulness and a smile, she helped us rummage through old photos and piles of old letters, papers and lists. She cleaned out the expired food in his fridge and pantry. She helped him thin out his closet so that now things can be found easily. She found a shelf unit that fits perfectly in the laundry room to create more storage space. She helped him choose an easy password that he could remember. She even helped him figure out the new remote control for his television, and how to find his favourite channels! With endless patience Robyn worked with my father to create systems and organize his space. It proved to be quite emotional at times, and there were many sweet moments as well.
