Your privacy is fundamental to our work. We enter your home and handle your papers, and we take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains how we comply with Quebec Law 25 regarding the protection of personal information.
What We Collect and Why
We collect only the information necessary to safely and effectively provide home management services. This includes:
- Your name, address, and phone number (to contact you and visit your home).
- Emergency contact information (used only in case of a medical emergency).
- Notes regarding your preferences for how tasks should be done.
Who Sees Your Information
Only Robyn and directly involved team members have access to your file. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with marketing companies.
Family Members and Consent
We never discuss your personal business, medical status, or financial details with your adult children or other family members without your separate, specific, written permission.
If a family member is paying for the service, they will receive invoices detailing the hours worked, but they will not receive details about the contents of your home or documents unless you explicitly authorize 'visit summaries' to be shared.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your file while you are an active client and for the legally required period afterward for accounting purposes. After this, records are securely destroyed.
